Sadelle’s at the Bellagio Garden Table: A Surreal Summer Brunch Experience

If you’re looking for a truly unforgettable Las Vegas brunch, Sadelle’s at the Bellagio should be at the top of your list—especially if you manage to reserve the Garden Table (also known as the Conservatory Table). This exclusive seating area is located right in the heart of the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, one of the Strip’s most beloved free attractions.

We visited during summer 2025, when the Conservatory was transformed by its seasonal theme, “Glam Menagerie: A Surrealist Summer.” To capture the beauty of the space—and our brunch spread—we worked with a photographer, and the photos throughout this post are their stunning work. You can see more of their artistry on their blog [here].

Dining in the Famous Bellagio Conservatory

The Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens is a must-see in Las Vegas, drawing millions of visitors each year for its larger-than-life floral displays. Each season, the 14,000-square-foot garden is reimagined with an entirely new theme, blending hundreds of thousands of flowers, plants, and intricate design details into a world-class immersive exhibit.

For summer 2025, “Glam Menagerie: A Surrealist Summer” ran from May 24 to September 6 and featured a whimsical garden party filled with regal animals—tigers, flamingos, and zebras—set against a backdrop of Baroque-inspired marble architecture and dreamy floral artistry. The surrealist touches made you feel as if you’d stepped into a fantasy painting, with every corner offering a new surprise for the senses. Dining right in the middle of this living artwork at the Garden Table felt intimate, magical, and entirely unique to Las Vegas.

The Menu: Sadelle’s Signature Brunch Dishes

While the setting was extraordinary, the food at Sadelle’s more than held its own. The famous salmon and bagel tower was the star of our table, layered with smoked salmon, caviar, cream cheese, fresh bagels, and all the classic fixings.

We also sampled some of Sadelle’s most-loved dishes:

  • Avocado Toast – light, fresh, and perfectly seasoned.
  • Warm Pastries – flaky, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth.
  • Steak and Eggs – hearty, tender, and cooked to perfection.
  • Signature French Toast – a balance of fluffy and crispy, sweetened just right.

And to make the day even sweeter, when we mentioned we were celebrating a special occasion, the team surprised us with a slice of their famous berries cheesecake—a thoughtful gesture that made brunch extra memorable.

Why the Garden Table is Worth It

The Garden Table experience is more than just brunch—it’s a once-in-a-lifetime way to enjoy one of Las Vegas’s most beautiful attractions. While the Conservatory is open to the public free of charge, dining inside it allows you to enjoy the breathtaking floral artistry without the crowds. It’s immersive, intimate, and truly unforgettable.

Tips for Booking Sadelle’s Garden Table

  • Reserve early. The Garden Table is one of the hardest reservations in Vegas to secure.
  • Check the Conservatory schedule. Seasonal displays rotate four times a year—plan around the one that excites you most.
  • Mention special occasions. Sadelle’s loves to celebrate with thoughtful touches.
  • Arrive hungry. From towers to entrées to pastries, everything is generous and shareable.

Brunch at Sadelle’s in the Bellagio Conservatory was the perfect blend of food and fantasy. Between the surrealist summer display, the indulgent menu, and the thoughtful service, it was a true Las Vegas bucket-list experience.

If you’re planning a trip to the Strip, make sure to add the Garden Table at Sadelle’s to your itinerary—it’s more than a meal, it’s a moment you’ll never forget.
